Dear CoachWorld potential or current customer,
CoachWorld's refund policy is simple.
100%. No questions asked.
For any reason you are not satisfied with the extensive content and access we have for coaches on the CoachWorld site, we will refund the remainder of your yearly membership immediately.
We're successful only if you are and if you're happy with your membership and see that it provides the greatest value at the least expense. If you are dissatisfied in any way, simply email refund at coachworld.us and we will begin the process of refunding your membership cost.
We're quite serious about serving the coaching community and becoming the most effective coach training organization on the planet. It is our intent to under-promise and over-deliver in everything we do.
